Whichpond Music Frequently Asked Questions
What happened here? Where's my account? The Whichpond Music website underwent a major overhaul in March 2017. I think the new site will deliver a more efficient and pleasing experience. (It certainly looks way better.) However, there was no way to import customer data from the old site to the new one. No worries though, if you need a receipt or sheet music downloads from an old purchase contact me and I'll send it along.
How will my sheet music be delivered? Digital sheet music downloads come in the form of .PDF files.
Do I need any special software to download/print the music? In the vast majority of cases, no. Most computers and web browsers will open the files with no problem. If you can view the score sample files listed within each product's description then you're all set. If you're having issues viewing the files you can download the latest version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
When will I receive my music? You'll get it immediately after ordering. (Cool, eh?) There will be a link to your download(s) on your order confirmation page. You will also receive an email containing download links. I haven't experienced any issues yet, but if you don't receive the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Do I have to print my music right away? No, print the music whenever you feel like it. Clicking on the download link will save the music to your computer, you can print it at your convenience. Just make a mental note of where the file was saved on your computer so you can find it later.
Can I get the music mailed to me? Usually, yes. The website isn't set up for snail mail deliveries, but you can contact me with a list of pieces you'd like to order along with your address and I'll create an invoice for you.
I have an unconventional ensemble, can I get one of the parts transposed? Usually, yes, just contact me first. I don't always have the time to sit down and do the transpositions but I'll do my best to accommodate all requests (unless it's totally nuts). There is a small fee per transposed part.
What is your return policy? Due to the nature of the delivery process I can not offer refunds on digital sheet music orders that have been downloaded/printed by the customer. For each piece in my catalog I have included photos, audio, and score samples. Before purchasing, please consult this information to make sure the piece is right for your ensemble. If you have any questions about a specific piece feel free to contact me. Likewise, if you are having issues downloading or printing an order, I would be glad to help.
